As part of RBC's strategic U.S. expansion, the Diversified Industries Group will continue to expand its platform of services to numerous companies including cross-border activities that build upon the existing strengths of our strong Canadian franchise.  We work closely with the Consumer Group, the Healthcare Group, and the Leveraged Finance Group, which focuses on coverage of financial sponsor firms.
