Mike joined RBC Capital Partners from CIBC World Markets where he was responsible for structuring and executing senior debt financings for middle market companies. Prior to CIBC, he was involved in a number of restructurings and turnarounds of mid market Canadian and U.S. companies.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
