Our team was retained in 1997 by the Ontario Privatization Secretariat to examine options for involving the private sector in the financing, building and operation of Highway 407   RBC Capital Markets acted as Co-Lead Advisor to the Ontario Privatization Secretariat in one of the largest road privatizations in the world, the successful sale of a long-term concession on Highway 407 for $3.1 billion
