RBC Capital Markets' Global Debt Markets Rotational Program offers qualified candidates the rare opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of the capital markets business, while obtaining hands on experience and demonstrating their unique set of skills to senior managers within the firm. This program offers product and industry-based classroom training and aligns Trainees with the strategic areas of RBC's debt business for a series of rotations over a 12 month period.

Key Accountabilities:
Throughout the process, Trainees will be held accountable for product knowledge and contributions made through various projects and daily tasks within each department.  In addition to the on-the-desk training, Trainees will attend various manager-hosted seminars and complete product-intensive curriculum, receiving feedback after each rotation through monthly 1:1 meetings with the program manager.  The rotational nature of the program and close mentorship with managers allows RBC to offer the most impressive participants the opportunity to further their career in a dedicated area of focus.

Prior to joining the firm, Trainees will participate in online product-based curriculum.  Additionally, for the first two weeks of the Program, they will participate in intensive classroom training sessions built specifically for RBC and designed to provide an overview of the firm, product knowledge to coincide with the functional areas in which Trainees will rotate, education on bond mathematics and analytics, and systems used within the firm.
