The Global Debt Markets Rotational Program is a unique career choice that provides entrance into the fixed income side of the financial world, one that is not commonly emphasized in college curriculum.  

Trainees will encounter both stimulating and challenging work, and find ways to continually push themselves.  The rotational design allows them to experience a new role or product every eight weeks, meaning they will constantly be doing something different while discovering their unique skill set along the way.  Trainees feel empowered to learn as much as possible throughout their rotations, and are given the resources necessary to pursue their career aspirations. 

The program takes on an entrepreneurial nature in the sense that the energy and application demonstrated, builds respect for Trainees' abilities, often times affording them additional roles and projects.  Observations and ideas contributed will help senior managers evaluate their skill set and thought process, helping guide them into a dedicated position with RBC.  Through this process, Trainees will receive ample attention and direct contact with senior employees of the firm, atypical in other first year positions.
