Mr. Trainor joined the RBCP Mezzanine Fund in 2007 with over 9 years of mezzanine investment and merchant banking experience. Prior to joining RBCP, Mr. Trainor spent 6 years with CCFL Mezzanine Partners, having previously worked at McKenna Gale Capital and Midas Capital. He has also spent significant time in business development and as a university lecturer.

Mr. Trainor is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and has an MBA from Saint Mary's University and a BBA from the University of Prince Edward Island.
