In April, we encouraged our employees to Speak Up for Inclusion through a series of curated global events designed to shift perspectives about inclusion and bring employees together to achieve more for our clients, people and communities.
We recognize that advocating for greater inclusion and acceptance in the workplace is a collective responsibility. By continuing to promote inclusivity across the firm, we can make our firm a more fulfilling and productive workplace for our employees, clients and communities.
In April, we encouraged our employees to Speak Up for Inclusion through a series of curated global events designed to shift perspectives about inclusion and bring employees together to achieve more for our clients, people and communities. The month-long engagement offered opportunities for employees to gain insights from RBC Capital Markets’ senior leaders and external guest speakers about how to best welcome diverse talent, opinions and ideas, embrace vulnerability and authenticity in the workplace, be cognizant of micro-aggressions, and much more. We also hosted and participated in various events including a networking session for immigrants and volunteer opportunities with LGBT+ organizations.
