There are significant differences between Canadian and US companies when it comes to developing senior women leaders.

In a study developed by FORTUNE Knowledge Group with sponsorship from RBC, we discovered that Canadian companies lag behind their US counterparts in several areas including the importance they place on the issue of gender diversity. Canadian companies tend to take fewer risks and are less likely to try innovative solutions than companies in the US.
