In a study developed by FORTUNE Knowledge Group with sponsorship from RBC, we discovered that Canadian companies lag behind their US counterparts in several areas including the importance they place on the issue of gender diversity. Canadian companies tend to take fewer risks and are less likely to try innovative solutions than companies in the US. The research also looks to why this might be the case, what our two countries can learn from each other and proposes innovative solutions to help women achieve their full potential.
