Select applicants will advance to interviews, and successful candidates will earn a C$10,000* financial award, executive sponsorship, and an offer to join the Global Investment Banking or Global Markets Summer Analyst Program in Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver.

The RBC Capital Markets Pathways Program is an industry-leading multi-month early insight and professional development program for outstanding undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in finance.
In the U.S., the program explores Capital Markets careers with our award-winning businesses in Banking (including Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Municipal Finance), Global Markets (including Global Research, Origination, Quantitative Trading and Research Group, and Sales & Trading), and RBC Clear (Cash Management).

The RBC Capital Markets Pathways for Women in Finance Scholarship aims to advance the progression of women in finance through rewarding talented female students who are undertaking the finance major within the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Bachelor of Business and who are passionate about pursuing a career in Capital Markets.
The Scholarship aims to assist women interested in finance through direct financial support and a paid internship with RBC Capital Markets. It is targeted at talented undergraduate students who are members of RBC’s charity partners and passionate about pursuing a career in financial services.
Based in London, the paid program is structured in two parts: The first summer internship held within RBC’s asset management business; and performance-dependent, the second summer internship held within RBC’s capital markets business.
