Our Key 2018 Initiatives

Our Purpose, Vision, and Values

Our Purpose is to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. Our Vision is to be considered among the world's most trusted and successful financial institutions. Inherent in that vision is a promise to contribute to a better and more sustainable future.

We are a values-driven organization and we operate in a differentiated, collaborative culture, underpinned by our core values. These values drive how we service, interact and work together to deliver the best results for clients, as well as community partners.

RBC Values

Our Approach

Giving back to the community is important because it's who we are. It's in the fabric of our culture and in the DNA of our employees. We don't just write a check to the nonprofits we are involved with - we get personally involved in causes that our employees and clients are passionate about through volunteerism, board service, fundraising, and much more.

We try to make it easy for our employees, clients and community partners to get involved throughout the year. Our platforms for engagement range from fundraising through events like the RBC Race for the Kids, to charitable sponsorships, to employee gift matching and volunteer grants.
