Our Key 2018 Initiatives

RBC Trade for the Kids

An annual celebration of our culture of philanthropy and volunteerism

On May 3, 2018, RBC Capital Markets and RBC Investor & Treasury Services hosted the first global RBC Trade for the Kids - an annual celebration of our culture of philanthropy and volunteerism - benefiting over 40 youth-focused charities around the world.

Since launching in 2015, RBC Trade for the Kids events have taken place in several locations across North America and the UK. For the first time, each of our trading locations - in the US, the UK, Canada, APAC, and the Caribbean - united on a single day for the 2018 event.

To celebrate, we invited many of our youth-focused charity partners to visit our trading locations throughout the day to share stories about the incredible work they do to help youth in our communities - and how our support makes a difference.

As part of our celebration we announced a US $3 million donation to over 40 of our youth-focused charity partners around the world.
