Our hiring process

 

1. Online Application

Submit your CV and application online. Include your unique skills and experiences, such as being multilingual, living or traveling abroad, and relevant club or extracurricular activities.

 

2. First-Round Interviews

If you’re selected for a first-round interview, we’ll arrange a 30-minute meeting by phone or in-person. These meetings help us assess your technical abilities, interpersonal skills, long-term potential and cultural fit.

 

3. Final-Round Interviews

In certain cases you may be invited back to our offices for a final round of two to three interviews with professionals who work in the business of your interest. We’ll also tell you more about us, so you can assess if RBC is the right fit.

 

4. Employment Offer
