RBC Capital Markets co-op placements and summer opportunities are an excellent learning opportunity for you to enhance your skills in a professional business environment, while building a strong network of peers and industry leaders. Our Summer Analyst and Associate Programs are designed to give you a sense of what you would be doing, day-to-day and give you a unique insight into how the firm operates - working closely as a team on live projects. These placements should be considered as extended evaluations, as students who collaborate to win as one team are considered for full-time employment.

If you are successful at the first round interview stage you will then be invited back to our office or to a virtual meeting for final assessments. This will also be an opportunity for you to assess if RBC is the right fit for you.
