The RBC Capital Markets Returnship Program is an initiative geared toward senior-level female candidates who have been on a voluntary career break for greater than one year. Candidates join as full-time, permanent employees with the option to rotate. The program is designed to re-introduce women to Capital Markets and provide training, mentorship and networking opportunities while offering a comprehensive experience across different business lines. The program complements our existing efforts to increase the number of women in senior roles.


The program is designed to provide:

Direct hire with opportunities to rotate across various Capital Markets business lines

Sponsorship and mentoring to help cultivate relationships with senior leaders and firm-wide networks

Accelerated training to complement existing skill-sets
