We, RBC Capital Markets’ European entities, have amended our Terms of Business to reflect the current European regulatory position. Information available on this site is applicable to those of our clients who have been on-boarded to conduct business with RBC Europe Limited, RBC London Branch, RBC Paris Branch and RBC Capital Markets (Europe) GmbH.

The changes will take effect on the date set out in our notification to you, at which point our current Terms of Business will be replaced by the updated version listed below.
