The UK Campus team and members of the business will attend Bright Network Festival with other 70 other employers to meet with university students to discuss our internship and graduate programmes, application tips and to give you an insight into what a career at RBC could look like for you.

Bright Network members attending can expect a day full of networking opportunities, skill workshops and career discovery sessions.

Inside & Out is an inter-bank event which aims to connect employers with first and penultimate year LGBTQ+ students who have expressed

interest in internships in the banking industry. The event is designed to be informative and inspirational with talks from industry leaders, panel discussions and networking sessions. This event is also used to tackle

misconceptions about the banking industry and show how banks are active in providing an inclusive environment for their lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees to work in.

CityView is an inter-firm event designed for first and second year female students from STEM degrees who have ambitions of working technology, but potentially haven’t considered a career in technology within financial services. The event is designed to be an informative session about the careers that are available within technology at financial services firms and to dispel pre-conceived ideas about working in the technology division in a financial services firm.
