Inside & Out is an inter-bank event which aims to connect employers with first and penultimate year LGBTQ+ students who have expressed
interest in internships in the banking industry. The event is designed to be informative and inspirational with talks from industry leaders, panel discussions and networking sessions. This event is also used to tackle
misconceptions about the banking industry and show how banks are active in providing an inclusive environment for their lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees to work in.
