Carrie Cook is Co-Head of Canadian Investment Banking and is a member of the Capital Markets Operating Committee. She is also Head of the Canadian Consumer and Industrials group. Prior to her current role, she was RBC’s Global Head of Consumer and Retail Investment Banking. Carrie has more than 25 years of investment banking experience, and has been with RBC since 2011.
Carrie is committed to philanthropy and giving back to the communities where RBC operates. She has been involved in several community initiatives, including serving on the boards of the Toronto Rehab Foundation and the RBC Capital Markets Foundation. In 2018, she served as the National Executive Chair of RBC’s annual Employee Giving campaign in 2018 raising $20 million for charities across Canada.
Carrie has also been a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and is currently an executive member of the RBC Capital Markets’ Canadian Diversity Leadership Council.
Carrie graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and also holds her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
