To celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary, RBC gave thousands of Canadian youth $150 each with no strings attached, challenging them to Make 150 Count. They used it to make a difference in hundreds of communities across the country – proving that when we invest in youth, great things happen.
As part of this initiative, RBC Capital Markets partnered with SickKids Hospital in Toronto to identify current and former youth patients who could do something great for their community. Together, they carried out random acts of kindness for families and staff at the hospital.
