If improving connectivity is making collective action easier, it’s deteriorating trust levels that are motivating it in the first place.

Having lost their faith in traditional institutions, citizens and consumers are forming their own organizations or acting independently. As a result, value propositions are improving across industries, the workforce is evolving, new business models are being created, consumers are more empowered and finance is being democratized.

As trust levels continue to dip and connectivity increases, we can expect collective action to drive even more change.
